Pre-order Guide
RE-ORDER POLICY – GONDOLINA SHOES
This Pre-Order Policy governs all purchases made under pre-order conditions with Gondolina Shoes di Javier Fernandez Aguilar.
1. Nature of Pre-Orders
A pre-order constitutes the advance purchase of products not currently in stock, which will be manufactured or delivered within an estimated timeframe communicated to the customer prior to purchase.
2. Binding Acceptance of Terms
By placing a pre-order, the customer expressly acknowledges and accepts:
- The estimated nature of production and delivery timelines
- That such timelines are indicative and not contractually binding
- That delays, within reasonable limits, do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund
3. Strict No-Refund Policy
All pre-orders are final, binding, and non-refundable.
Under no circumstances shall refunds be granted, except in the presence of serious, verifiable, and objectively justified causes, subject exclusively to Gondolina’s assessment and approval.
Customer dissatisfaction, change of mind, delays within reasonable limits, or any subjective reason shall not be considered valid grounds for cancellation or refund.
4. No Unilateral Cancellation
The customer expressly waives any right to unilaterally cancel a pre-order once confirmed.
5. Alternative Compensation (Discretionary)
Without prejudice to the above, Gondolina may, at its sole discretion and without obligation, offer a store credit (voucher) equal to the amount paid, valid for future purchases.
This does not constitute a right of the customer, but a commercial courtesy.
6. Acknowledgment and Legal Validity
Completion of a pre-order, whether online or in-store, constitutes full acceptance of this policy.
This policy applies equally to:
- Online purchases (website, digital channels)
- In-store purchases (physical boutiques)
7. Governing Principles
All transactions are governed by principles of good faith, proportionality, and commercial fairness, without prejudice to Gondolina’s right to protect its production processes and business operations.
