Taking care of your Gondolinas is effortless and preserves their beauty over time. Gently clean the surface with a steamer, ensuring you treat the entire shoe rather than focusing only on the stain. Allow it to air dry in a well-ventilated space. Once completely dry, gently brush with a soft-bristle brush to restore its texture. To maintain their shape and quality, fill them with tissue paper to support their form, and keep them in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated space.

Delivery time & method
We deliver across Europe within 3–6 business days and to non-European countries within 5–10 business days. Free shipping is available within Italy, and worldwide on orders over €399. Duties and taxes are included at checkout for major markets, so there are no unexpected costs upon delivery. Tracking information will be sent to you by email.

Returns & exchanges
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a size exchange or return an item for a refund, provided the product is intact, unworn and in its original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Personalised monogrammed items cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the case of a manufacturing defect. Any customs duties or import taxes paid on international orders are non-refundable.
