During this exclusive session, our expert image consultant will guide you through a tailored style journey, analyzing your personal aesthetic and recommending the perfect shoes to enhance and express it.

Designed as a private moment in Venice, the boutique will be reserved just for you and up to three guests, allowing you to enjoy a relaxed, behind-closed-doors atmosphere. Every detail is curated to make your visit unique, meaningful, and entirely centered around you.

Throughout the experience, you will be welcomed with premium local prosecco and a refined selection of traditional Venetian biscuits, adding a touch of local flavor to your time with us.

Yes, you can book the VIP Experience for a small group. Since this is an intimate shopping experience dedicated to craftsmanship and the Gondolina world, we welcome groups of up to 5 people in order to preserve the exclusivity and personal attention of the moment.

What is the event duration?

The VIP Experience is a private, intimate experience behind closed doors and lasts approximately 30 minutes. During this time, you will have the opportunity to discover the Gondolina world, explore our craftsmanship, and receive personalized assistance in a relaxed and exclusive setting.

Your experience will begin with a special welcome, created to make you feel part of the Gondolina story from the very first moment.
How can I get to the event location?

The VIP Experience takes place at Atelier Gondolina – Marzaria S. Zulian 737, Venice.

The atelier is located in the heart of Venice, just a 5-minute walk from St. Mark’s Square (Piazza San Marco). We recommend reaching us on foot while enjoying the charm of the Venetian streets and discovering the atmosphere of the city along the way.
What are the terms of participation?

The VIP Experience is available with a fee of €55 per private slot, regardless of the number of guests attending. Please note that this fee does not include the cost of the shoes, which will be selected and purchased separately according to the chosen model.

This exclusive appointment offers a refined journey into the Gondolina world, where craftsmanship, elegance, and personalized service come together in an intimate boutique setting. Guests will enjoy a private and curated experience, discovering our creations in a welcoming atmosphere designed to celebrate the art of bespoke footwear.

Advance booking is required to reserve your private slot and ensure a truly personalized experience.
What is the refund/cancellation policy?

You can cancel your reservation up to 2 hours before the beginning of the VIP Experience.

To receive a full refund, the cancellation request must be made by the day before the selected date. Cancellations made after this deadline are not eligible for a refund.
